Temu
The one where variants publish as a family
Every other channel we support takes a single SKU per listing, so a parent has to be flattened or refused. Temu takes the whole family — each child with its own options, price and stock — which makes it the one place a variant item lists the way it is actually built.
Temu syncs orders every five minutes, inventory every five minutes, pricing every ten minutes and returns hourly. Listing status is pulled every fifteen minutes. Shipments can be split across parcels natively. Temu does not provide settlement data.
Connecting
Generate a token, paste it in
Temu issues an access token from its partner portal rather than running a sign-in flow. You generate it there and paste it here once. It is stored encrypted, and every request to Temu is signed.

Worth knowing
Unpaid orders wait instead of landing
Temu creates an order before it is paid for. EasyeSuite brings all of them across but holds the unpaid ones to one side — visible, filterable, and clearly marked — so they do not turn into sales orders, relieve stock or hit your accounts until the money is real. When Temu marks one paid it promotes itself.

Limits
What it will not do
Temu provides no settlement or payout feed we have been able to reach, so there is no payments tab for a Temu account and nothing to reconcile against. Everything else syncs normally.
The access token lasts about three months and cannot refresh itself — you generate a new one in the partner portal when it lapses.
A kit is published as a single listing, because Temu has no native bundle type.
Catalogue imports cover up to 5,000 listings.
